EXCEED CLASS SCHEDULE
(As of December 2025)

MUAY THAI CLASSES
Our co-ed adult Muay Thai classes are great for all practitioners, from beginners to advanced. These classes focus on the fundamentals of Muay Thai with bag work, pad work, and partner drills to sharpen the tools needed to become skilled in the art of Muay Thai.
FUNDAMENTAL MUAY THAI CLASSES
Fundamentals classes are a great place to start your Muay Thai journey. While beginners are welcome to start in our mixed-level adult Muay Thai classes (listed as “Muay Thai” on the schedule), the fundamentals class can be the easiest or most comfortable place to begin for some practitioners. Techniques are broken down in more detail, and the partner drills are simpler. You may also feel more comfortable working with others closer to your level.
CLINCHING CLASSES
Clinching is an art in itself. Clinching can be incredibly uncomfortable with its up-close and personal nature, but to truly dominate in Muay Thai, a strong clinch game is a must. While clinching will still be practiced in our other Muay Thai classes, these dedicated classes offer additional practice time and a greater depth of learning clinching techniques. There will be a qualified coach monitoring and available for tips during this time. You are also welcome to use this time as open gym, working on your own or with training partners to develop your skills further.
For safety, clinching classes require a solid grasp of fundamental Muay Thai skills. Students require coach approval to attend.
Participants are required to warm up on their own for 20 minutes before the class starts. This includes 3 minutes of skipping, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, a 1-minute break, 3 minutes of shadow boxing, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, a 1-minute break, 3 minutes on the heavy bag, 10 push-ups, and 10 sit-ups. Those who are continuing on from the prior class are not required to do this warm up.
SPARRING CLASSES
Ready to test what you’ve learned? Our sparring class is the next step to testing your skills with your fellow practitioners in a respectful environment. Sparring will help you identify areas in your Muay Thai practice that need refinement and is a necessary step if you intend on competing in the future. There will be a qualified coach monitoring and available for tips during this time. You are also welcome to use this time as open gym, working on your own or with training partners to develop your skills further.

KIDS AND TEENS MUAY THAI CLASSES
Regardless of your child’s size, gender, skill level, or fitness level, practicing Muay Thai can be a great way to help them gain confidence, strength, fitness, and self-defense skills. Our programs focus on providing the best developmental potential for your child in a safe and positive environment, helping them to foster a life-long passion for Muay Thai from a young age.
Student participation in kids and teens classes outside of the specified age ranges may be considered, depending on the size and maturity of the student.
*Notice for parents of kids (6y – 11y) on Sundays from 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.: This class requires parents to participate as their child’s partner by holding their pads and helping them to understand the drills and stay on track. Don’t worry – parents are not required to participate in the warm-up! The other scheduled kids’ classes do not require parents to participate.
