Special offer
Register your child for a summer camp and receive a free unlimited one-week pass (two passes if you register for both weeks) to Ease Yoga, for yourself or a friend. Ease Yoga is located right next to Exceed Muay Thai.
What to bring
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that is easy to move in
- Gloves (if you have them)
- Water bottle
- Nut-free snack (kids’ class only)
Kids Muay Thai Classes
We offer twice-weekly programs for kids in two separate groups:
– Kids ages 5 to 11 years
– Teens ages 12 to 16 years
Regardless of your child’s size, gender, skill-level, or fitness-level, practicing Muay Thai can be a great way to help them gain confidence, strength, fitness, and self-defense skills. Our programs focus on providing the best developmental potential for your child in a safe and positive environment, helping them to foster a life-long passion for Muay Thai from a young age.
Student participation in classes outside of the specified age ranges may be considered, depending on the size and maturity of the student.
Notice for parents of kids (5 – 11 years): For new and inexperienced students, parents are asked to participate as their child’s partner for their initial sessions until the child has developed the confidence and desire to join the rest of the group. Parents are not required to participate in the warm-up.
Contact us to book a free introductory class. Your child does not require any prior experience to join. For introductory classes, please have your child dress in loose fitting or athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
