WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS?
For your first class, we recommend you bring loose fitting clothing that is easy to move in, and gloves if you have them. Also bring a water bottle!
While we do have some equipment available for use, we ask our regular members to purchase their own gear: gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, and a mouth guard. We do supply some gear for purchase or you are free to purchase gear elsewhere on your own.
